Privacy policy
The figures you type stay on your device. We don't ask who you are, and the site doesn't track you.
Your calculator figures
The calculators run entirely in your browser. Your salary, hours and other figures aren't sent to us, and we don't store them. There are no accounts, sign-ups or email gates.
Share links
If you use the Share button, your figures are written into the link after the # sign. Browsers don't send that part to our server, but anyone you give the link to can read them. Only share it with people you trust.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and it loads no scripts, fonts or images from other companies.
Your theme choice
If you switch to the dark theme, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and isn't sent to us. You can remove it by clearing your browser's data for this site.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy. Cloudflare also gives us overall traffic statistics, which we don't use to identify anyone.
Links to other websites
We link to official sources such as GOV.UK and Acas. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Because we don't collect your calculator figures or ask for your details, we don't hold a personal record about you. If you have a concern about how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator.
If this changes
We may add analytics or advertising in future. If we do, we'll update this page first and ask for any consent the law requires. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
