Silyxa is free to use. These terms explain what you can rely on it for, and what you can't.
Estimates, not advice
Silyxa gives general information and estimates. It isn't financial, tax, pension or legal advice, and it can't take account of your full circumstances. We aren't regulated advisers.
How accurate the figures are
We read our rates from official sources and test our calculations, and our method page sets out the assumptions and limits. Even so, your real pay can differ because of your tax code, your contract, your benefits or other income. We can't promise that every figure is free of errors or right for your situation.
Your decisions
You're responsible for how you use the results. Before a decision that matters, check them against your payslip, your contract or GOV.UK, or speak to a regulated adviser.
Using the site
You're welcome to use the calculators for yourself, and to share links to them. Please don't try to disrupt the site, or copy its content to publish as your own.
Content and credits
The calculators, text and design belong to Silyxa. Rates and rules come from public sources, which we list on our method page. The fonts are Geist and Geist Serif, used under the SIL Open Font License. The icons are Material Symbols by Google, used under the Apache License 2.0.
Links to other websites
Links to other sites are there for reference. We don't control those sites and we aren't responsible for their content.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its results. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
